وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا-; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلْكَالِئِ بِالْكَالِئِ, يَعْنِي: اَلدَّيْنِ بِالدَّيْنِ } رَوَاهُ إِسْحَاقُ, وَالْبَزَّارُ بِإِسْنَادٍ ضَعِيفٍ 1 .1 - ضعيف. وهو في " كشف الأستار " ( 1280 )، ورواه الدارقطني، والطحاوي، والحاكم، والبيهقي، وضعفه جمع غفير من أهل العلم، وذلك لتفرد موسى بن عبيدة الزبيدي، به. قال الحافظ في " التلخيص " ( 3 / 26 ): " قال أحمد بن حنبل: لا تحل عندي عنه الرواية، ولا أعرف هذا الحديث عن غيره، وقال أيضا: ليس في هذا صحيح يصح، لكن إجماع الناس على أنه لا يجوز بيع دين بدين ".

It is in the book "Kashf al-Astar" (1280) and is described by Al-Daraqutni, Al-Tahabi, Al-Hakim and Al-Bayhaqi, and it is considered weak by a large number of scholars. Musa ibn Ubaydah al-Jubaid al-Jubaid was the only one who narrated it. Al-Hafiz said in "Al-Talkhish" (3/26): "Ahmad ibn Hambal says: I have no explanation from him, and I do not know this hadith from anyone else." He also said: There is no Sahih Hadith in it that is easy, but the consensus of the people is not permissible to sell loans.
