Hadith #53042
عَنْ أَنَسٍ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ : { مَرَّ اَلنَّبِيُّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-بِتَمْرَةٍ فِي اَلطَّرِيقِ، فَقَالَ : " لَوْلَا أَنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ لَأَكَلْتُهَا" } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْه ِ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح .‏ رواه البخاري ( 2431 )‏ ، ومسلم ( 1071 )‏ والسياق للبخاري.‏
From Anas (A.S.) from Anas (Allah) is pleased with him - He said: {The Prophet - Allah bless him and give him peace - passing by a date on the road, and he said: "If I had not been afraid that it would be a gift, I would have eaten it." Agree. 1.1 - Sahih. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (2431) and Muslim (1071), and the context comes from Al-Bukhari.
