Hadith #53049
وَعَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ - رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : { لَا يَرِثُ اَلْمُسْلِمُ اَلْكَافِرَ, وَلَا يَرِثُ اَلْكَافِرُ اَلْمُسْلِمَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 11 - صحيح . رواه البخاري (6764 ) ، ومسلم (1614) . رواه البخاري (4283) بلفظ "المؤمن" بدل " المسلم" في الموضعين.
According to Osama bin Zayed, Allah may be pleased with both of them - that the Prophet - Allah's Prayer and Salam - say: "A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever and does not have an infidel, and the disbeliever does not inherit}} 11. Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim (6764). (4283) The word "Muslim" has been used instead of "Muslim" in both places.
