Ibn Mas'ud - about a daughter, daughter of a son and a sister - Allah may be pleased with him - {The Prophet - Allah's Prayer and the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Half for the daughter and one-sixth for the daughter - the fullness of two-thirds - and what remains is for the sister." Al-Bukhari (6736) from Huzael bin Sharhabel, who said, "Abu Musa was asked about his daughter and the son of the son." Oh, and sister? He said: "For half the girl and half the sister." Go to Ibn Mas'ud and he will follow me. Ibn Mas'ud was asked, "What did Abu Musa say?" He said, "Then I have gone astray, and I am not of those who are guided." I have judged it according to which the Prophet - may Allah be pleased with him and give him peace - decided... So he mentioned it. We came to Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) and told him what Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said. He said, "Do not ask me as long as this cleric is among you."
