Hadith #3687
وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الأَحْوَلِ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ خَيَّرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَاخْتَرْنَاهُ فَلَمْ يَعُدَّهُ طَلاَقًا .
And Isaac Ibn Mansur told me, The servant of the Most Gracious told us, about Safian, about Asim al-Ahwal, and Isma 'il Ibn Abi Khalid An-Sha 'bi, about Mirouq, about 'A 'ishah, about our choice of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, and we chose him, so he did not promise him a divorce.
