Sahih Muslim — Hadith #3814

It was narrated to me by Ahmad bin Ibrahim Al-Dawraqi, Abd al-Samad narrated to me, Shu’bah narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Ala’, and Suhail on the authority of their father, on the authority of my father. Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of My father, Saleh, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, h. Ubayd Allah ibn Muadh narrated to us, my father narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, on the authority of Adi, - who is Ibn Thabit - on the authority of Abu Hazim, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade a man to be innocent because of his brother’s wrongdoing. Al-Dawraqi’s narration is based on his brother’s character.
