Hadith #4261
Suwayd bin Saeed narrated to me, Al-Walid bin Muslim narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Awza’i, H. And Ishaq bin Ibrahim and Abd bin Humaid narrated to us, saying Abd al-Razzaq told us, Muammar told us, both on the authority of al-Zuhri, with this chain of transmission, and the hadith of Muammar is like the hadith of Yunus, except that it He said, “Let him give something in charity.” And in the hadith of Al-Awza’i, “Whoever swears by Al-Lat and Al-Uzza.” Abu Al-Hussein Muslim said this. The letter - means his saying, “Come, I will gamble with you. Let him give charity” - no one narrates it except Al-Zuhri. He said, Al-Zuhri has about ninety hadiths that he narrates. On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, no one will participate in it with the support of horses.
