Hadith #1447
ولم يتركه ليعيش على أكل حشرات الأرض. (البخاري الجزء 60 باب 54 حديث رقم 3482 ؛ مسلم 39/40 ه 2242)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "A woman was punished for a cat. He put the cat. The cat died. That's why she went to hell. He did not do anything to the cat and did not leave it so that he would have survived by eating the insects of the earth. (Bukhari episode 60 Chapter 54 Hadith No. 3482; Muslim 39/40 Ha.
