Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman bin Al-Miswar informed us, he said, Sufyan bin Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Amr bin Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Omar and Jabir. The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade the sale of fruit until it appears to be in good condition, and he forbade giving advice to renting land for a third. And a quarter. It was narrated by Abu Al-Najashi, Ata bin Suhaib, but there was disagreement over it.
