Hadith #24331
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، كَانَ يَقُولُ كَانَتِ الْمَزَارِعُ تُكْرَى عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى أَنَّ لِرَبِّ الأَرْضِ مَا عَلَى رَبِيعِ السَّاقِي مِنَ الزَّرْعِ وَطَائِفَةً مِنَ التِّبْنِ لاَ أَدْرِي كَمْ هُوَ.
Abd al-Rahman ibn Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Hakam informed us, he said: Shuaib ibn al-Layth informed us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Abd Al-Rahman, on the authority of Nafi’, that Abdullah bin Omar used to say that farms were leased during the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the basis that the Lord The land has crops on the waterer’s spring and a layer of hay.
