Hadith #24338
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، فِي عَبْدَيْنِ مُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ كَاتَبَ أَحَدُهُمَا قَالَ جَائِزٌ إِذَا كَانَا مُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ يَقْضِي أَحَدُهُمَا عَنِ الآخَرِ‏.‏‏
Ali Ibn Hajar informed us, he said Ibn Al-Mubarak informed us, on the authority of Yunus, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, in two negotiating slaves, one of them wrote, he said it is permissible If they are negotiators, one of them will settle the matter for the other.
