يقول الإمام مالك: إذا استعان الإنسان بعبد في عمل مهم بغير إذن سيده، وكان هذا العمل على أجر، وإذا حدث للعبد شيء وجب على ذلك الشخص دفع قيمة العبد. وإذا لم يحدث للعبد شيء، فلسيده أن يفعل ذلك إذا أراد أن يأخذ أجراً على عمله. هذا الحكم لنا
Imam-i Malik says: If a person asks a slave for help in an important task without his master's permission, and such a job is done for a fee, and if something happens to the slave, that person must pay the value of the slave.
