Hadith #36809
وَلِلْطَيَالِسِيِّ: مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ: «يُجِيرُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَدْنَاهُمْ»
Even a lowly Muslim has the right to seek refuge on behalf of a Muslim. [1405]
