Hadith #36803
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: كُنَّا نُصِيبُ فِي مَغَازِينَا الْعَسَلَ وَالْعِنَبَ، فَنَأْكُلُهُ وَلَا نَرْفَعُهُ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ ، وَلِأَبِي دَاوُدَ: فَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهُمُ الْخُمُسُ. وَصَحَّحَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ
On the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both, he said: We used to collect honey and grapes in our battles, and we would eat them and not take them away. Narrated by Al-Bukhari, and by Abu Dawud: The fifth was not taken from them. Ibn Hibban authenticated it
