Hadith #47851
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلانَ، وَيُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مُسَاوِرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَمْرُو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، خَطَبَ النَّاسَ، وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ.
Mahmud ibn Ghaylan and Yusuf ibn Isa told us: Waki’ told us, on the authority of Musawir al-Warraq, on the authority of Ja’far ibn Amr ibn Hurayth, on the authority of his father, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, addressed the people, and he was wearing a black turban.
