Hadith #48263
عَن عبد الله الصنَابحِي قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ تَطْلُعُ وَمَعَهَا قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ فَإِذَا ارْتَفَعَتْ فَارَقَهَا ثُمَّ إِذَا اسْتَوَتْ قَارَنَهَا فَإِذا زَالَت فَارقهَا فَإِذَا دَنَتْ لِلْغُرُوبِ قَارَنَهَا فَإِذَا غَرَبَتْ فَارَقَهَا» . وَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي تِلْكَ السَّاعَاتِ. رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ وَأحمد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Abdullah al-Sanabihi, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The sun is rising and with it is the horn of Satan. When it rises, he separates from it, then When it rises, compare it, and if it moves away, separate it. When it approaches sunset, compare it, and when it sets, separate it.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade it May God bless him and grant him peace, refrain from praying during those hours.
