وَعَن عبد الله بن شَقِيق قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ تَطَوُّعِهِ فَقَالَتْ: كَانَ يُصَلِّي فِي بَيْتِي قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ أَرْبَعًا ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ فَيُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ فَيُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ فَيصَلي رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَيُصلي بِالنَّاسِ الْعِشَاءَ وَيَدْخُلُ بَيْتِي فَيُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ تِسْعَ رَكَعَاتٍ فِيهِنَّ الْوَتْرُ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّي لَيْلًا طَوِيلًا قَائِمًا وَلَيْلًا طَوِيلًا قَاعِدا وَكَانَ إِذَا قَرَأَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ رَكَعَ وَسَجَدَ وَهُوَ قَائِم وَإِذا قَرَأَ قَاعِدًا رَكَعَ وَسَجَدَ وَهُوَ قَاعِدٌ وَكَانَ إِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ. وَزَادَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ فَيُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ صَلَاة الْفجْر
On the authority of Abdullah bin Shaqiq, he said: I asked Aisha about the prayer of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, about his voluntary prayer, and she said: He used to pray in my house before noon. four rak'ahs, then he would go out and lead the people in prayer, then he would enter and pray two rak'ahs, and he used to lead the people in Maghrib prayer, then he would enter and pray He prayed two rak'ahs, and he would lead the people in the evening prayer, and he would enter my house and pray two rak'ahs, and he used to pray nine rak'ahs at night, including Witr, and he would pray at night. He stood for a long time and spent a long night sitting, and when he recited while standing, he would kneel and prostrate while standing, and when he recited while standing, he would kneel and prostrate. He was sitting, and when dawn came, he would pray two rak’ahs. Narrated by Muslim. Abu Dawud added: Then he would go out and lead the people in the dawn prayer.
