Hadith #48462
On the authority of Abu Umamah, he said: I heard the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Whoever goes to bed in a pure state and remembers God until drowsiness overtakes him, will not toss and turn.” An hour of the night in which he asks God for good of the good of this world and the hereafter, but He gives it to him. Al-Nawawi mentioned it In the Book of Remembrances, narrated by Ibn al-Sunni
