وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِبِلَالٍ عِنْدَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ: «يَا بِلَالُ حَدِّثْنِي بِأَرْجَى عمل عملته فِي الْإِسْلَام فَإِنِّي سَمِعت دق نعليك بَين يَدي الْجَنَّةِ» . قَالَ: مَا عَمِلْتُ عَمَلًا أَرْجَى عِنْدِي أَنِّي لم أتطهر طهُورا مِنْ سَاعَةٍ مِنْ لَيْلٍ وَلَا نَهَارٍ إِلَّا صَلَّيْتُ بِذَلِكَ الطُّهُورِ مَا كُتِبَ لِي أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to Bilal at the dawn prayer: “O Bilal, tell me the most honorable deed you have done in Islam.” For I heard the ticking of your sandals before Paradise.” He said: I have not done anything more pleasing to me than the fact that I have not purified myself for more than an hour of the day or night. Unless I pray with that purity what was decreed for me to pray
