وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْقَاتِلُ لَا يَرِثُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The murderer does not inherit.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah
