Hadith #50215
وَعَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ: «أَنْ ورث امْرَأَة أَشْيَم الضبابِي مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيح
On the authority of Al-Dahhak bin Sufyan: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, wrote to him: “The wife of Ashim Al-Dhabi inherited from her husband’s blood money.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith.
