وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْيَتِيمَةُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا فَإِنْ صَمَتَتْ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا وَإِنْ أَبَتْ فَلَا جَوَازَ عَلَيْهَا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَرَوَاهُ الدَّارمِيّ عَن أبي مُوسَى
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The orphan woman is to be appointed as guardian of herself, and if she is silent, that is her permission. She refused, so it is not permissible for her.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Al-Nasa’i. It was narrated by Al-Darimi on the authority of Abu Musa
