Hadith #50294
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَخْطُبُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَنْكِحَ أَو يتْرك»
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A man should not propose to his brother until he remarries or leaves.”
