Hadith #50561
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ بِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ أَشْرَكَ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Whoever swears by other than God has committed polytheism.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
