Hadith #50620
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَمْسَكَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ وَقَتَلَهُ الْآخَرُ يُقْتَلُ الَّذِي قتَل ويُحبسُ الَّذِي أمْسَكَ» . رَوَاهُ الدَّارَقُطْنِيّ
On the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “If a man captures another man and the other kills him, the one who killed will be killed and the one will be imprisoned.” He caught it. Narrated by Al-Daraqutni
