وَعَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى الشِّرْكِ فقد حلَّ دَمه» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Jarir, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “If a servant persists in polytheism, then his blood is permissible.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
