Hadith #50812
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ قَيْسُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ صاحبِ الشُّرَطِ منَ الأميرِ. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Anas, he said: Qais bin Saad was to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the same position as the one who had the conditions was to the prince. Narrated by Al-Bukhari
