Hadith #50825
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ مَنْ قَالَ كَلِمَةَ حَقٍّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَابْن مَاجَه
وَرَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The best jihad is the one who speaks a word of truth before an unjust ruler.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Ibn Majah
It was narrated by Ahmad and Al-Nasa’i on the authority of Tariq bin Shihab
