Hadith #50875
وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينِ صَبْرٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا فَاجِرٌ يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ» فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَصْدِيقَ ذَلِكَ: (إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يشترونَ بعهدِ اللَّهِ وأيمانِهمْ ثمنا قَلِيلا)
إِلَى آخر الْآيَة
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever swears an oath to be patient while in it is an immoral person, a person’s wealth will be taken for it. A Muslim will meet God on the Day of Resurrection while He is angry with Him.” Then God revealed the confirmation of that: (Indeed, those who buy God’s covenant and their oaths for a price A little) until the end of the verse
