وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَحْلِفُ أَحَدٌ عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِي هَذَا عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ أَخْضَرَ إِلَّا تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ أَوْ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ» . رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “No one should swear a sinful oath at my pulpit, even on a green siwak.” Unless he takes his seat in the Fire or the Fire becomes necessary for him.” Narrated by Malik, Abu Dawud, and Ibn Majah
