وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم قَالَ: «من رَضِي بِاللَّه رَبًّا وَالْإِسْلَام دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولًا وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ» . فَعَجِبَ لَهَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ: أَعِدْهَا عَلَيَّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَأَعَادَهَا عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: «وَأُخْرَى يَرْفَعُ اللَّهُ بِهَا الْعَبْدَ مِائَةَ دَرَجَةٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مَا بَيْنَ كُلِّ دَرَجَتَيْنِ كَمَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ» . قَالَ: وَمَا هِيَ يَا رَسُولَ الله؟ قَالَ: «الْجِهَاد فِي سَبِيل الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ الله» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Abu Saeed, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever is satisfied with God as his Lord, Islam as his religion, and Muhammad as his Messenger, it is obligatory to Paradise for him. Abu Sa`id was amazed at her and said: Return it to me, O Messenger of God. So he returned it to him and then said: “And another time, may God raise it up.” There will be one hundred levels for the servant in Paradise, and between every two levels is as between the heaven and the earth.” He said: What is it, O Messenger of God? He said: “Jihad for the sake of Jihad for the sake of God. Jihad for the sake of God.” Narrated by Muslim
