Hadith #50980
وَعَن جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَلْوِي نَاصِيَةَ فرسٍ بأصبعِه ويقولُ:
" الْخَيْلُ مَعْقُودٌ بِنَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ: الأجْرُ والغَنيمةُ ". رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jarir bin Abdullah, he said: I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, twisting the forelock of a horse with his finger and saying:
“Horses are tied to their forelocks until the Day of Resurrection: reward and spoils.” Narrated by Muslim
