وَعَن محمع بن جاريةَ قَالَ: قُسِمَتْ خَيْبَرُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فَقَسَمَهَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ سَهْمًا وَكَانَ الْجَيْشُ أَلْفًا وَخَمْسَمِائَةٍ فِيهِمْ ثَلَاثُمِائَةِ فَارِسٍ فَأُعْطِيَ الْفَارِسُ سَهْمَيْنِ وَالرَّاجِلُ سَهْمًا رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ: حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أصح فَالْعَمَل عَلَيْهِ وَأَتَى الْوَهْمُ فِي حَدِيثِ مُجَمِّعٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: ثَلَاثُمِائَةِ فَارِسٍ وَإِنَّمَا كَانُوا مِائَتَيْ فَارس
وَعَن حبيب بن مسلَمةَ الفِهْريِّ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نفل الرّبع فِي البدأة وَالثلث فِي الرجمة. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Muhamma bin Jariyah, he said: Khaybar was divided among the people of Hudaybiyyah, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, divided it into eighteen shares, and the army was One thousand and five hundred, including three hundred horsemen, so the horseman was given two shares and the footman was given one share. It was narrated by Abu Dawud and he said: Hadith Ibn Umar is more correct, so he acted upon it, and the misconception came in a compiled hadith in which he said: He said: Three hundred knights, but they were only two hundred knights, and on the authority of Habib bin Maslama Al-Fihri said, “I witnessed the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, granting the voluntary act of a quarter in the beginning and a third in the rajmah.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
