وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: نَهْيٌ أَنْ تُبَاعَ السِّهَامُ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ. رَوَاهُ الدَّارمِيّ
On the authority of Abu Umamah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: It is forbidden to sell shares until they are divided. Narrated by Al-Darimi
