Hadith #51521
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ والواشمة والمستوشمة»
On the authority of Ibn Omar, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “May God curse the woman who is wasl, the woman who has been tattooed, the woman who tattoos, and the woman who has been tattooed.”
