Hadith #51553
On the authority of Umm Atiya al-Ansariyya: A woman was circumcised in Medina. Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: “Do not exhaust yourself, for that is more pleasing to the woman and more beloved to the husband.” It was narrated by Abu Dawud and he said: This hadith is weak and its narrator is unknown.
