عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أُوقِدَ عَلَى النَّارِ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ حَتَّى احْمَرَّتْ ثُمَّ أُوقِدَ عَلَيْهَا أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ حَتَّى ابْيَضَّتْ ثُمَّ أُوقِدَ عَلَيْهَا أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ حَتَّى اسْوَدَّتْ فَهِيَ سَوْدَاءُ مُظْلِمَةٌ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “The fire was burned for a thousand years until it turned red, then it was burned on it for a thousand years until it turned white.” Then it was burned for a thousand years until it turned black and dark.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
