Hadith #52464
عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ اَلْجُهَنِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: {
"أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ اَلشُّهَدَاءِ? اَلَّذِي يَأْتِي بِشَهَادَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْأَلَهَا" } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1719 ).
On the authority of Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Shall I not tell you about the best of witnesses? It is the one who comes with his testimony before he is asked for it.” Narrated by Muslim (1719). [Sahih (authentic)]
