Hadith #53190
وَعَنْ اَلشَّعْبِيِّ, عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ, { عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-‏-فِي اَلْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا‏-: "لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةٌ" } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه مسلم (1480)‏ (44)‏.‏
"She has no right to accommodation or maintenance." [Reported by Muslim].
