Bulugh al-Maram — Hadith #36756

Hadith #36756
On the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, may God be pleased with them both, that the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: “Whoever gives a young woman’s goats or dates as a dowry, he has deemed it permissible.” Abu Dawud included it, and indicated that it was preferred to stop it (1).
