Hadith #53290
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { لَا يَغْرَمُ السَّارِقُ إِذَا أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ } رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ، وَبَيَّنَ أَنَّهُ مُنْقَطِعٌ. وَقَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ: هُوَ مُنْكَرٌ 1 .1 - . 1236- وعن عبد الرحمن بن عوف رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: لا يغرم السارق إذا أقيم عليه الحد رواه النسائي، وبين أنه منقطع. وقال أبو حاتم: هو منكر.
