Hadith #52440
وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{
"كَفَّارَةُ اَلنَّذْرِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ" } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 1 . وَزَادَ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ فِيهِ: { إِذَا لَمْ يُسَمِّ } , وَصَحَّحَهُ. 2 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1645 ).2 - ضعيف. رواه الترمذي ( 1528 ) وفيه محمد بن يزيد الفلسطيني وهو "مجهول" وهذا الزيادة أيضا عند ابن ماجه ( 2127 ) بسند ضعيف.
On the authority of Uqbah ibn Amir (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “The expiation for a vow is the same as the expiation for an oath.” Narrated by Muslim.<sup>1</sup> At-Tirmidhi added to it: “If he did not mention the name of Allah,” and he authenticated it.<sup>2</sup> <sup>1</sup> - Authentic. Narrated by Muslim (1645). <sup>2</sup> - Weak. Narrated by At-Tirmidhi (1528). It contains Muhammad ibn Yazid Al-Filastini, who is unknown. This addition is also found in Ibn Majah (2127) with a weak chain of narration.
