Abu Said Al Khudri
السَّحُورُ أَكْلُهُ بَرَكَةٌ فَلَا تَدَعُوهُ وَلَوْ أَنْ يَجْرَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ جَرْعَةً مِنْ مَاءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى الْمُتَسَحِّرِينَ
The Suhoor is a blessed meal, so do not leave it even if one of you takes a gulp of water, for Allah and His angels send blessings upon those who eat Suhoor.

لَا تَزَالُ أُمَّتِي بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْإِفْطَارَ وَأَخَّرُوا السَّحُورَ
Delay the Suhoor and hasten the Iftar.

لَا تَزَالُ أُمَّتِي بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْإِفْطَارَ وَأَخَّرُوا السَّحُورَ
My Ummah will continue to be upon goodness as long as they hasten breaking the fast and delay the Suhoor.

Abu Said Al Khudri
السَّحُورُ كُلُّهُ بَرَكَةٌ فَلَا تَدَعُوهُ وَلَوْ أَنْ يَجْرَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ جَرْعَةً مِنْ مَاءٍ
The meal of Suhoor is entirely blessing, so do not neglect it, even if one of you only takes a sip of water.

تَسَحَّرُوا وَلَوْ بِجَرْعَةِ مَاءٍ
Eat Suhoor even if it is a handful of food.

مَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا فِي رَمَضَانَ مِنْ كَسْبٍ حَلَالٍ صَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ
Whoever feeds a fasting person, the angels send blessings upon him during Ramadan, and Jibreel sends blessings upon him on the night of Qadr.
