He greeted him, and I met him when he had woken up, so I said, “Drink, O Messenger of God.” He drank until I was satisfied, then I said, “Can I leave?” he said. So we set out while the people were looking for us, but none of them overtook us except Suraqah bin Malik bin Jasham riding a horse of his. I said, O Messenger of God. This request came over us, and he said, “Do not be sad, for God is with us,” until when he approached us, there was between us and him the size of a spear or two. Or three. A spirit narrated to us, he said, Shu`bah narrated to us, on the authority of Yazid bin Khumayr, he said: I heard Sulaym bin Amir, a man from the people of Homs, who had realized The Companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he once said, “I heard Awasat al-Bijli on the authority of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, may God be pleased with him, who said: I heard him addressing the people, and he once said, when he was appointed successor, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, stood in the first year of my life in this man’s place, and Abu cried. Bakr, may God be pleased with him, said: I ask God for forgiveness and well-being, for people have not been given anything better after certainty than Well-being, and you must be truthful, for it is in Paradise, and beware of lying, for it is with immorality, and they will be in Hell. Do not separate one another, do not antagonize one another, and do not Envy one another, do not turn to one another, and be brothers, as God Almighty has commanded you.

Umar bin al-Khattab narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said... a similar report, in which he said: crisp or fresh.

Yaqoub bin Ibrahim told us, my father told us, on the authority of Ibn Ishaq, he said, Husayn bin Abdullah told me, on the authority of Ikrimah, the servant of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said, when they wanted to dig, to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah was exhuming Like the people of Mecca digging. Abu Talha Zayd bin Sahl used to dig for the people of Medina, but he was an atheist. So Al-Abbas called two men and said to one of them: Go to Abu Ubaidah and for the other, go to Abu Talha. Oh God, be good to Your Messenger. He said, “Abu Talha’s companion found Abu Talha and brought him.” So he worshiped the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.

Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr told us, Omar bin Saeed told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulaika, Uqba bin Al-Harith told me, he said I went out With Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, may God be pleased with him, from the afternoon prayer several nights after the death of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He, peace be upon him, was walking beside him. He passed by Hassan ibn Ali playing with a boy, so he carried him on his neck while saying, “Oh, my father, he does not resemble the Prophet.” Looks like Ali, he said, and Ali laughed.

Aswad bin Amir told us, Israel told us, on the authority of Jabir, on the authority of Amir, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Abza, on the authority of Abu Bakr, he said: I was He was sitting with the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and Ma’iz bin Malik came and confessed to him once. The third time he turned him away, and I told him that if you confessed. The fourth time he stoned you. He said, so he confessed. The fourth time he imprisoned him, then he imprisoned him. He asked about him, and they said, “We know nothing but good.” So he ordered that he be stoned.

Ali bin Ayyash told us, Al-Walid bin Muslim told us, he said: Yazid bin Saeed bin Dhi, Aswan Al-Ansi told me, on the authority of Abdul Malik Ibn Umair Al-Lakhmi, on the authority of Rafi’ Al-Ta’i, Abu Bakr’s companion in the Battle of Al-Silsil, said: I asked him about what was said about their pledge of allegiance, and he said: He tells him about what the Ansar spoke and what he told them about and what Omar bin Al-Khattab spoke about to the Ansar and what he reminded them of about my Imamate. them by order of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, during his illness, so they pledged allegiance to me for that reason, and I accepted it from them, and I feared that it might be A trial followed by apostasy.

Ali bin Ayyash narrated to us, Al-Walid bin Muslim narrated to us, Wahshi bin Harb narrated to me, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, Wahshi bin Harb, that Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, made a contract with Khalid bin Al-Walid to fight the people of apostasy and said, “I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.” He greeted and said, “What a wonderful servant of God and the brother of the clan, Khaled bin Al-Walid, and a sword from God’s swords. May God Almighty grant him peace against the infidels and hypocrites.”

Abdul Rahman bin Mahdi narrated to us, Muawiyah narrated to us, meaning Ibn Salih, on the authority of Sulaym bin Amir Al-Kala’i, on the authority of Awsat bin Amr, he said I came to Medina a year after the death of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and I saw Abu Bakr addressing the people, and he said, “He rose among us.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the first year, and he was choked with grief three times. Then he said, “O people, ask God for well-being, for it has not been given.” There is nothing greater than certainty after recovery, and there is nothing more severe than doubt after disbelief. And you must be truthful, for it guides to righteousness. They will be in Paradise. Beware of lying, for it leads to immorality, and they will be in Hell.

Muhammad bin Maysar Abu Saad al-Saghani al-Makfu narrated to us, Hisham bin Urwa narrated to us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her. She said that Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, when death approached him, said, “What day is this?” They said, “Monday.” He said, “Then if I die on the night before.” So do not wait for me tomorrow, for the days and nights I love most are those closest to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.

Waki` narrated to us, on the authority of Sufyan, Amr ibn Murrah narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Ubaidah, he said: Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, rose after the death of the Messenger of God May the peace and blessings of God be upon him in the first year, and he said, “Ask God.” Wellness, for no servant has been given anything better than well-being. You must be honest and righteous, for they are in Paradise. Beware of lying and immorality. They will both be in Hell

Shu'bah said: I heard 'Uthman from the family of Abu 'Aqeel athThaqafi say--but he said. Shu'bah said: And he recited one of these two verses: `whosoever works evil, will have the recompense thereof` [an-Nisa'4:110] or “And those who, when they have committed Fahishah (illegal sexual intercourse)...` [Al 'Imran 3:135).

Bahz bin Asad narrated to us, Sulaym bin Hayyan narrated to us, he said: I heard Qatada, narrating on the authority of Humayd bin Abd al-Rahman, that Omar, said that Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, addressed us and said, “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, rose among us the first year, and he said, ‘No. An oath among people is something better than well-being after certainty that truthfulness and righteousness are in Paradise, and that lying and immorality are in Hell.

Muhammad bin Ja`far told us, Shu`bah told us, he said, I heard Abu Ishaq, saying, I heard Al-Baraa, he said, when the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came On the way from Mecca to Medina, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, became thirsty, so they passed a pasture of sheep. Abu Bakr said: Al-Siddiq, may God be pleased with him, so I took a cup and milked a lump of milk in it for the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and I brought it to him and he drank until I was satisfied

It was narrated that Ya'la bin `Ata' said: I heard 'Amr bin 'Asim bin ‘Abdullah... a similar report.

Muhammad ibn Ja`far narrated to us, Shu`bah narrated to us, on the authority of Ismail, he said: I heard Qays ibn Abi Hazim, speaking on the authority of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, may God be pleased with him. On the authority of him, he delivered a sermon and said, “O people, you are reading this verse and placing it in a way other than what God has placed it in.” Those who have believed are yourselves; those who go astray will not harm you, if you are guided.} I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying that when people They saw what was wrong among them, but they did not deny it. God is about to blind them with His punishment.

Muhammad ibn Jaafar told us, Shu`bah told us, about Al-Anbari’s repentance, he said, I heard Abu Sawwar Al-Qadi, saying on the authority of Abu Barza Al-Aslami, the harshest man said to Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, may God be pleased with him. He said, “Abu Barzah said, ‘Should I not behead him?’ He rebuked him and said, What It is for anyone after the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
