Hadith #7630
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" اثْنَتَانِ فِي النَّاسِ هُمَا بِهِمْ كُفْرٌ الطَّعْنُ فِي النَّسَبِ وَالنِّيَاحَةُ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ " .
Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, and Ibn Numayr narrated to us - and the wording is his - my father and Muhammad ibn Ubayd narrated to us, all of them on the authority of al-A'mash, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "Two things among people are acts of disbelief: defaming lineage and wailing over the dead."
