حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا حَيٍّ الْمُؤَذِّنَ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى جَوْفِ بَيْتٍ حَتَّى يَسْتَأْذِنَ، فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ دَخَلَ. وَلَا يَؤُمُّ قَوْمًا فَيَخُصُّ نَفْسَهُ بِدَعْوَةٍ دُونَهُمْ حَتَّى يَنْصَرِفَ. وَلَا يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ حَاقِنٌ حَتَّى يَتَخَفَّفَ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: أَصَحُّ مَا يُرْوَى فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ.\n---\n[قال الشيخ الألباني] : \nصحيح دون جملة الإمامة
Ishaq bin Al-Ala’ narrated to us, he said: Amr bin Al-Harith narrated to me, he said: Abdullah bin Salem narrated to me, on the authority of Muhammad bin Al-Walid, he said: narrated to us Yazid bin Shurayh said that Abu Hayy al-Mu’adhdhin told him that Thuban, the servant of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, told him that The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “It is not permissible for a Muslim to look into the interior of a house until he seeks permission. If he does so, then he has entered.” He should not lead a people in prayer, singling out a call to himself instead of them until he departs.
