Hadith #36765
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ثلاثٌ تصحُّ لو صدقت، أو تصحُّ لو سخرت: النكاح، والطلاق، والهجر. جميعها إلا النسائي، قال الحاكم: صحيح. [1175]
He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There are three matters that are considered valid even if they are said in truth, or they are considered valid even if they are said in jest: marriage, divorce, and withdrawal. All four except for al-Nasa'i; al-Hakim said it is saheeh. [1175]
