Hadith #37880
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا يجوز قتل مسلم آمن بأنه لا إله إلا الله وأن محمداً رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وأعلن ذلك، إلا إذا ارتكب إحدى ثلاث: الزنا، أو قتل النفس بغير حق، أو الخروج من الإسلام والخروج من الجماعة. [1261]
He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: It is not permissible to kill a Muslim who has believed in the truth that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and has declared his acceptance of this truth, except if he commits one of three crimes: (1) committing adultery after marriage, (2) taking the life of a person unjustly, (3) leaving Islam and leaving the community of Muslims. [1261]
