Hadith #37879
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ -يَرْفَعُهُ، فِي الْحَامِلِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا- قَالَ: «لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا» أَخْرَجَهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ، لَكِنْ قَالَ: الْمَحْفُوظُ وَقْفُهُ
(Marfu) Regarding pregnant widows, it is said: There is no maintenance for them. (Because in such cases, widows have the right to inherit their husband's property.) [1247]
