حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ يُرِيدُ سَفَرًا أَوْ غَيْرَهُ فَقَالَ حِينَ يَخْرُجُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ آمَنْتُ بِاللَّهِ اعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ إِلَّا رُزِقَ خَيْرَ ذَلِكَ الْمَخْرَجِ وَصُرِفَ عَنْهُ شَرُّ ذَلِكَ الْمَخْرَجِ.
Hashim told us, Abu Ja`far al-Razi told us, on the authority of Abdul Aziz bin Omar, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of Salih bin Kaysan, on the authority of a man, on the authority of Othman bin Affan, may God be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: No Muslim leaves his house intending to travel or He changed it and said when he came out. In the name of God. I believed in God. I held fast to God. I put my trust in God. There is no power nor strength except in God. He has provided a good provision. That way out, and the evil of that way was turned away from him.
